Machine Operator Position, Am/Pm Shift, Health Ins. After 30 Days

Contract-to-hire position with a thriving company. Numerous opportunities for advancement.

• PM shift: $17/hr to start

• AM shift: $16/hr to start
• Weekly pay

What You’ll Do As A Machine Operator

• Count, organize and package parts per requirements.
• Work as a team.
• Clear simple jams and restart automation.
• Adjust and change films as required.
• Operate molding presses.
• Perform quality checks on products
• Maintain a clean workstation
• Follow standardized work instructions and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Secondary operations at the press such as trimming, visual inspection of parts according to quality criteria, and proper packaging methods.
• Other duties as needed for production
• Proper operation of injection molding machines

The environment is very fast paced and is climate controlled, but if you’re a quick learner, and a motivated team player, there’s a lot of opportunity here.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might Have:

• Good communication skills – written, verbal, active listening
• Good time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Self-starter, high level of initiative
• Positive outlook while working through obstacles
• Prior manufacturing experience (desired, but not required)
• Detail oriented
