Summary:

Working from shop drawing, procedures or other written, verbal or electronic instruction, perform a wide variety of operations associated with the operation of various machinery to produce parts, components and sub-assemblies for chiller products. Maintain equipment and facilities in a safe, clean and efficiently operational manner. Adhere to procedures and prepare and maintain records, in either written or electronic form, regarding safety, quality, productivity, preventive maintenance and housekeeping. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain required records.
• Operate various tools and equipment used in fabrication, handling, manipulation and movement of parts, components and sub-assemblies for Chiller Products.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Read, interpret, understand and work from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, labor summaries and other written, electronic or verbal instruction.
• Use measuring devices and visual inspection to ensure quality of product and conformity to prints, work instructions and standards.
• Work with a variety of raw and synthetic materials.
• Plan, set up and operate rollers, nibblers, pierce and notch machines, brake presses and punch presses utilizing single, compound or progressive dies.
