Eaton’s EPG BLD BLine Division division is currently seeking a Machine Operator II - 3rd Shift. The main responsibilities of a Machine Operator II are to operate presses, saws, and other machine.
The hourly rate for this position is $20.46 per hour.

What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for safety, quality, production quotas, and all documentation associated with product movement and confirmations.
- Read blueprints and shop orders, use calipers, square, and tape measure for checking dimensions.
- Operate machinery and perform minor tool adjustments to all production machines.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- No relocation is offered for this position. Only applicants located within 50 miles of Highland, IL will be considered.
- High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited institution
- Legally authorized to work in the US on an on-going basis without company sponsorship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience
Skills:
- Physical requirements include but are not limited to the pushing and pulling of dies, positioning of full tubs and tub lifters for production access.
- Must be able to move, position, and/or lift parts or boxes weighing from a range of 10lbs – 50lbs
