About The Role

We are seeking mechanically inclined to train and develop into Operators for our custom door sizing machines and trimmer. As an Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining trimming machines to ensure the highest quality products are produced. The ideal candidate would enjoy hands on physical work while operating in a fast-paced environment.

While prior experience or knowledge of machine operation is valuable, upon hire this position will work through a 3-6-month training process teaching process and job functions with a focus on machine operation and leadership. We ask that candidates be coachable and reliable above all. We offer an entry wage for this position from $21.10-$23 an hour with a Monday-Friday 3:45pm-12:30am schedule. When working 9-hour shifts, days will end at 1:30am.

• Operate and maintain trimming machines to ensure the highest quality products are produced Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output.
