Machine Operator - $24/Hour!

We are looking for Refining Operators. Our Refining Department is a team that prides themselves on having high energy and pays close attention to detail! The Refiner Operator is responsible for refining paste batches into liquid chocolate/compound in a safe manner that meets all customer specifications within expected cycle times.

Shift

3rd Shift M-F 11pm-730am ($23/hour + $1 shift differential)

• Accurately weigh all ingredients added to refiner.
• Immediately inform lead, supervisor, quality of any foreign object that falls into paste mixer or tank.
• Adjust water values and rollers to ensure a consistent grind paste.
• Complete all documentation including fineness, color, lot numbers, weights, materials used directly into identified system for product control.
• Test fineness using micrometer.
• Set refiner rolls to proper consistency and fineness based on requirements from batch system.
• Provide batch samples to laboratory for color and fineness testing, adjust machine as required.

Experience/Skill

• Able to read and write English to maintain production reports or paperwork
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations for safety and quality
• Must have great attention to detail.
