We seek a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to bring the concealed information across ample data and documents to light, aiding smarter decision-making for enhanced products. Applicants must possess formidable Deep Learning proficiency and Python programming skills.

Your principal duties will incorporate implementing computer vision and NLP techniques across an extensive range of documents, executing statistical analysis, and creating top-notch prediction systems to be integrated with our products. You'll be closely collaborating with the product management and application development teams.

Obligations and Expectations

·Engage in discovery procedures working alongside pivotal stakeholders for identifying business requisites and targeted outcomes.

·Build Neural Network models aimed at information extraction from mortgage documents utilizing Computer Vision and NLP tactics.

·Contribute to high-standard software, following supreme practices for data accumulation, modeling, and software development.

·Design and structure scalable ML channels to deliver Machine Learning models extensively.

·Carry out impromptu analysis and share the results lucidly with a diverse audience and major stakeholders.

·Design experiments, test theories, and establish models. Perform advanced data scrutiny and highly intricate algorithm designs.

·Implement superior statistical, predictive, and machine learning modeling strategies to establish, upkeep, and enhance various real-time decision systems.

·Work in tandem with development teams to deploy models in a production environment for supporting ML-influenced product features.

·Determine metrics specific to the business to gauge model effectiveness. Continually monitor and improve these metrics for models utilized in the production environment.

Requirements

·A Master's or Ph.D. in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a similar field.

·Proven experience in constructing business-level Neural Network models utilizing CV or NLP methodologies.

·Over three years of significant Machine Learning Engineering experience, building highly flexible ML pipelines using distributed processing and data access techniques, including distributed deep learning.

·Practical experience in Python, Spark programming, Java, or equivalent languages.

·Excellent comprehension of machine learning processes and algorithms such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, Neural Networks, and others.

·Experience with Deep Learning schemes like TensorFlow, PyTorch, MxNet.

·Proficient knowledge of SQL, Hive, Pig, and NoSQL databases.

·Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey intricate topics to a diverse audience.

Other Information:

This is a hybrid position, where asper our Return-to-Office (RTO) policy, employees are required to work from the designated office location (Pune or Pleasanton) for three days per week.

Salary Range:

Senior Machine Learning Engineers in Pune, India: $30,000 - $60,000 USD/year

In Pleasanton, California, USA: $130,000 - $220,000 USD/year
