What You'll Do

  • Ensure the event runs smoothly and all guests are attended to.
  • Brand Ambassador
    • Act as a brand advocate for the client at the event.
    • Promote client brand or product with skill, knowledge, and charisma.
    • Point person for event interactive activities, simulators, VR experiences, and demonstrations.
    • Event setup and teardown.
    • General event support.
    • Curate strong business relationships at the event to improve marketing efforts for client.
  • Tray Passer
    • Distribute and serve finger foods and desserts event guests.
    • Ensure the event runs smoothly and all guests are attended to.
  • Assist in event setup and teardown, including stage setup, equipment handling, and venue preparation.
  • Server
    • Provide professional, efficient, and accommodating service to event guests.
  • Busser
    • Set tables, arrange and replace silverware, replenish beverage glasses, observe cleanliness and safety regulations, and clean up after events by clearing the tables.
    • Constantly be on the lookout for dirty glassware and trash and make sure everything stays clean and tidy.
    • Ensures a hygienic and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.
  • Provide general on-site support during productions, including troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
  • Act as a brand advocate for the client at the event.
  • Support the production team in executing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • General event support.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and coordination among various departments.

  • Production Assistant
    • Assist in the production process of various projects, events, or productions.
    • Support the production team in executing tasks efficiently and effectively.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and coordination among various departments.
    • Assist in event setup and teardown, including stage setup, equipment handling, and venue preparation.
