The Clearwater Clinic sees patients for Family Medicine, Diabetes Care, and Integrated Behavioral Health. Our nursing staff is an important piece to the puzzle to serve our patients to the best of our ability.

Position Details

• No weekends or holidays.
• Full Time.
• Four days per week.
• Monday shift 7:30AM to 7:00PM | Tuesday-Friday shift 7:30AM to 5:00PM.
• Working 72-80 hours every two weeks.

Current Offerings

• $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates**
• $2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (CMA) sign-on bonus*
• Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $18.57 (LPN); $18.25/hour (CMA). More with experience!

What you'll do:

• Assist Providers with clinic procedures.
• Communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers.
• Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.
• Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) accredited school OR g raduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

Certification/Licensure:

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date. OR Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the State of Minnesota required.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.

*Sign-on bonus requirements : To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

**Relocation assistance requirements : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Clearwater, MN and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
