Logistics Specialist I (Remote)

• Coding of Export & Import Invoices from suppliers
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Uses a Transportation Management System to review, dispute and approve export payables.
• Daily Monitoring of incoming Freight, Audit & Pay email communication from internal & External customers
• Performs System Monitoring for Freight Pay Errors & Executes resolution through computer software.
• Assists in researching Freight, Audit & Pay discrepancies with internal and external customers

Required Skills:

• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Transportation Management System and SAP Experience
• Prior experience working with Freight Payables

Education/Experience Requirement:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Education Preferred:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
