Job Description

Summary:

Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation, the nation’s largest manufacturer of metal roofing and building systems, has a great opportunity for an experienced Local Delivery Route Driver/Forklift Loader in our Nashville plant.

Metal Sales has been in business for over 50 years with 21 locations across the US. Each driver is assigned to one of our plants and supports regional customers.

Additional Incentives:

  • Deliveries made during the day Monday through Friday
  • Privately owned company with newer model trucks and well-maintained equipment
  • Assigned truck
  • Insurance - medical, dental, vision, and life (eligible after 30 days)
  • Incentive program
  • 401K with 50% company match up to 6%
  • Paid time off and holiday pay (eligible immediately)
  • Driver involvement
  • Off almost all weekends and holidays

Job Requirements:

Qualified Drivers will have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude
  • Current driver license
  • Forklift experience
  • Good driving record
  • Minimum of three years pickup truck/gooseneck driving experience
