Wanship is a mid-sized trucking company totaling 100+ newer Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks and 150 Great Dane trailers with Thermo-King refrigerated-trailer units. Wanship is seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers in our Fontana, CA terminal. We are looking for dedicated, hard-working drivers who take pride and ownership in their work. We are ready for another delivery driver in Fontana, CA ( Sunday & Wednesday off).

Local Driver

• Dedicated customers with familiar freight lanes.
• $30 an hour
• Performance based pay increases.
• No hand unloads.

Responsibilities

• Pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
• Safe and courteous driving is a must
• Use of technology-driven logs and dispatch
• Treat our customers like family

Job Qualifications:

• No “serious” violation (reckless or careless driving, DUI or failure to submit etc.) in the past 5 years.
• Great attitude and work ethic
• Must be able to read and speak the English language
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License required.
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A CDL experience required
• Manual transmission experience - required but we have manual and automatic transmissions.
• Clean MVR
• Excellent backing skills

Schedule:

• Monday &Tuesday 8am-6pm
• Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10am-10pm
• Sunday & Wednesday Off.
