Prime Video is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, hard-working Live Sports Launch Operations Specialist to join our fun team. The successful candidate will have an eye for compelling content, be comfortable with content management systems and web-publishing tools, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, agility, and a sense of humor. An understanding and love for US sports is a plus.


Key job responsibilities


  • Contribute to operational strategy documents and discussions
  • Effectively build, publish, and flight-check content using internal tools
  • Analyze performance of site content, seeking ways to improve
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet business needs

  • Ability to author SOPs (standard operating procedures)
  • High attention to detail, including process optimization
  • Ability to execute merchandising campaigns across multiple device platforms


About The Team


The Prime Video Growth Operations team is responsible for best-in-class delivery of campaign launches and customer experiences across Amazon Owned & Operated inventory including Outbound, Cross-Site, 1st Party Streaming Devices, and In-App.


Basic Qualifications


  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $52,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
