Litigation Law Clerk Jobs

Clark Hill’s Denver office is seeking to hire a first or second year law student for a summer semester Law Clerk position in its Litigation business unit beginning in June 2023. Responsibilities for this role include drafting routine correspondence and legal documents; collecting, organizing, and reviewing records; assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation; and managing complex litigation files. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required and trial advocacy, moot court, and/or journal experience is preferred.
This position will be paid at an hourly rate/range of $20-35 per hour, depending on experience, and is also available for externship credit if desired by the student and approved by the Legal Externship Office.
