Jettison is representing an established law firm who has an opportunity for a Senior Construction Litigation Attorney! They work with owners, contractors, sub-contractors, and others who manage or supervise large construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex litigation matters
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Prepare pleadings and briefs
• Manage discovery and depositions

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms
• NY Bar Admission
• 5+ years of construction labor law litigation experience
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
