Licensed Vocational Nurse - Sr. Lvn

• Recent specialty clinic and procedure experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of LVN experience.
• Must provide documentation of graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing, or completion of education and experience as a corpsman in the United States military.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS CPR Certification.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) without restrictions.
• Must provide proof of valid Intravenous (IV) Therapy and Blood Withdrawal Certification.
• Must pass UCDH Pharmacology exam.
• Applicants are encouraged to upload their license and certification if required for the position.
