NaphCare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPNs and LVNs) just like you at the Mobile County Metro Jail located in Mobile, AL. Day Shifts, Night Shifts, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available. At NaphCare, we want you to be able to use your skills. Our site positions encourage cross-training, and include roles such as medication pass nurse, detox nurse and sick call nurse.

Position Description:

• Transcribe therapeutic orders
• Collect samples, specimens and cultures
• Administer medications
• Take and document all patient history and vital signs
• Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical surgical procedures and examinations and/or treatments
• Perform venipuncture and I.V. therapy
