Licensed Practical Nurse Jobs

We are looking for a full-time LPN to join our recovery and treatment center team. Our centeris a residential alternative to or diversion from inpatient hospitalization. We offer 24-hour walk-in outpatient services, a 23-hour observation unit, crisis residential psychiatric stabilization, and medically monitored detoxification services.
Shifts available (7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m., including every other weekend)
Duties & Responsibilities:

• May perform case management duties, and care for ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled persons.
• Assist in dealing with personal and social problems.
• May provide supportive counseling to consumers and families and/or serve as a liaison for social services.
• Provide a broad range of paraprofessional social services to patients/clients/consumers and their families, participates in treatment team planning, and perform crisis intervention.

Requirements
Minimum Training & Experience:

• A Current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience delivery of behavioral health services is a plus.
