Job Description

Come Join Our Leadership Team! We are seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join us at our White Oak Manor Charlotte location. We have a beautiful campus with a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility and assisted living apartments. This is an excellent opportunity as we have very little leadership turnover in our organization!

The Administrator role ensures the operational, financial, and qualitative success of the facility through the implementation of operational practices to ensure the highest standards of quality resident care services. This position has the authority for and is responsible for the overall operation of the facility and reports directly to the Director of Operations.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a bachelor's degree or have at least 10 years of service in a healthcare related facility. Be a minimum of 21 years of age and of good moral character. Must fulfill the state Nursing Home Administrator licensure requirements of North Carolina to be considered for the role.
