Job Description
Job Summary:
Two legal intern positions are available for Summer 2023.
:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team for the summer of 2023. The Legal Intern will assist in various legal tasks, including but not limited to contract review and negotiation, research projects, due diligence review and corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Other legal tasks as assigned
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda
  • Assisting with due diligence, including document management and analysis
  • Reviewing and analyzing commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other legal documents
  • Supporting the legal team with corporate work, including entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution
Qualifications:
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited law school and in good academic standing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
  • Prior legal experience or coursework in contract law, corporate law, or intellectual property law is a plus
The Legal Intern will work closely with the legal team and other departments to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
