Job Description

Kleinman Realty Co. is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Agent/Building Caretaker at our property The Fitz Flats! The Fitz Flats is a beautiful 34 unit property, located in downtown St. Paul.

We are looking for a upbeat and dynamic individual to maintain the interior of the building as needed, lease apartments as needed, and provide a clean and safe environment for residents, guests and other visitors to the property. Some duties will include:

  • Miscellaneous tasks assigned by your Portfolio Manager
  • Maintaining the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management.
  • Showing Apartments and Leasing
  • Flexible! Work your own schedule!
  • Resident relations
  • Daily inspection of the property, which may include touch up cleaning, trash pickup around building, and other miscellaneous tasks
