Could This Be For You?:
We are seeking a Lease Adminstrator II - Remote. This position supports lease administration within Real Estate department and responsible for review, verification and processing of all rent related charges invoiced or due in accordance with lease & owned documents in the Company portfolio.
Your Impact:
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Generate database reports for data analysis as needed.
  • Provide support to approximately 700+ leased and owned locations.
  • Update or enter lease data in database
  • Verify, reconcile, and process rent expenses, including operating costs, CAM charges, real estate taxes, utilities, and miscellaneous charges received from landlords or jurisdictions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Additional Success Factors:
  • Ability to interpret and apply lease language necessary to analyze all rent escalation calculations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PC skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in MS Excel, MW Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects and function effectively as a small-team member.
  • Effective oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Knowledge of real estate databases and data input
  • Ability to make evaluative judgments, resolve discrepancies & recommend solutions.

Pay range of $58,088.28 to $87,132.42 + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
