The AWS Global Portfolio and Asset Management Team is looking for a talented, experienced Lease Admin Technology Analyst to support our Lease Admin Technology Program. This role will be responsible for supporting the day to day management of our Lease administration software system and other tools used to manage our Real Estate Data Centers and Colocation contracts. This role will be a key member of the team, and report directly to the Head of Global Portfolio and Asset Management.


Key job responsibilities


  • Document business requirements related to software requirements or enhancements
  • Create and facilitate reporting
  • Ongoing support to PAM and cross-functional Stakeholders, Lease Administrators and Analysts, finance, accounting, and legal as it relates to the use of the Lease Administration software
  • Support the preparation of monthly portfolio metric reporting
  • Leads project management for the integration or data feeds of disparate systems as assigned
  • Provide technical expertise for the Lease Administration Software to ensure AWS unique requirements
  • Act as point of escalation for software issues
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboard reporting
  • Support special projects

Basic Qualifications


  • AA degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related experience
  • Minimum two years experience in SQL
  • Minimum three years working at, or consulting for, a Commercial Real Estate company
  • Minimum two years experience in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI reporting tool
  • Minimum five years as software engineer, application consultant/manager, technology product manager or similar role
  • Minimum two years working with lease administration software such as Tango, Accruent or TRIRIGA


Preferred Qualifications


  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams in highly matrixed and global environment
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding of lease accounting
  • Seven or more years of experience in lease administration software
  • Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and effectively triage several competing priorities
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a relentless focus on execution with the highest degree of quality
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts
  • Understand of lease administration processes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
