Homes.com is growing quickly and we’re looking for a powerhouse Product Manager, based in Washington, DC, to accelerate our growth.

Homes.com is seeking a dynamic, high-performing product manager to lead the development and strategy of the mobile and tablet applications across iOS and Android. This position will serve as a liaison between the rest of the product team and the native development teams, to ensure feature parity across all devices is being delivered and production timelines are being met. Collaboration is critical to ensure a thorough understanding of new product features being introduced. This role will require rigorous prioritization of features with multiple product managers. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of the best practices for Apple and Android design systems and user experiences, while maintaining the design standards that align with the Homes.com brand. The position will be accountable for the performance of mobile applications and help drive traffic and engagement to all mobile native applications.
This position is located in Washington, D.C. and offers the following hybrid schedule option:
  • 4 days onsite, 1 days remote
Responsibilities
  • Shape & manage the product roadmap for Homes.com
  • Influence and manage the product roadmap for the product area that you manage
  • Spend time with customers to validate product feature ideas and help inform the product roadmap and strategy
  • Drive feature development from start to finish, this includes writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes.
  • Use data to inform product opportunities and evaluate results to define further enhancements.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience creating wireframes & mock ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas
  • Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
  • 5+ years’ experience managing the development of digital content products for native iOS & Android apps
  • 5+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • Understanding of content management systems and editorial workflows
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
  • Residential Real Estate domain knowledge
  • 8+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions
  • 8+ years’ experience managing the development of digital content products for native iOS & Android apps
  • Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brightspot CMS, and Google Analytics
