Lead Fund Accountant Jobs

• Accounting for and reconciliation of cash and investments
• Recording and reconciling of purchase and sale transactions
• Coordinating with funds’ independent auditors, custodians, prime brokers and fund administrators;
• Supporting the Investment Team on processing all private deals, settlement and closing
• Calculating management and incentive fees
• Determining and preparing distributions and draw-downs
• Preparing and reviewing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including SEC regulatory reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant investment operations, fund accounting, or middle office experience;
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis;
• Big Four public accounting background is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various asset classes;
