Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of quality patient care and adherence to policies, procedures and protocols.
  • Contribute to efficient operations by assisting with coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow and promoting decision-making and problem solving.
  • Actively participate in the process of monitoring, guiding and evaluating staff performance.
  • Provide consultation for and/or management of patients requiring complex or advanced testing.
  • Perform the duties of an audiologist.
  • Serve as a positive role model for staff and patients by working with them to promote teamwork and cooperation.


Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Audiologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Audiologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:
  • Doctorate of Audiology (AudD) required.

Work Experience:
  • 1 year of experience required.
