Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

LAWN MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER - PART TIME
HOURLY WAGE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Overview: The primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently provide exceptional lawn maintenance service on assigned properties. Services include but are not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, bed maintenance, spring and fall clean up and other common task related to landscaping and/or lawn care services.

Duties:

• Follow company polices and procedures at all times.
• Be sensitive and respectful of Snow and Waste Valet's equipment and customer/s property at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain Snow and Waste Valet LLC employee standards and follow procedures
• Set the standards for a quality company image that invites customers to repeat their business.
• Arrive at designated property on time ready to perform tasks.
• Implement honesty and respect when working with coworkers, contractors and customers.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Work to assure quality and timely completion of all assigned task
• Snow plowing and ice management tasks as needed.
• Perform tasks within the allocated hours.
• Identify problems at the wrok site and follow through approrpriately

Communication: Implement effective communication with customers and co-workers.

Safety:

• Report any repairs or maintenance requirements to supervisor.
• Attend safety meetings.
• Complete company safety training program.
• Wear proper uniforms and dress appropriately for conditions.
• Wear proper PPE while performing tasks.
• Participate in meeting a safe and secure work environment for employees and customers at all times.

Minimum qualifications:

• Must be willing and able to work with pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers.
• Be reliable and have dependable transportation.
• Must have endurance necessary to perform duties for long periods of time.
• Must have good work ethics.
• Must be willing and able to work long hours and overtime including holidays, weekends, etc.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
