Laundry Aide – Pt Weekends (7Am-3:30Pm)

Overview

Our Laundry Aides play an important role in the comfort of our senior living residents. They must be hardworking and enjoy serving others by meeting the laundry needs of residents. The right person will be diligent, organized, and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities

• Laundering of residents’ personal items (ex. clothes, bed linens) as well as facility items (ex. table linens),
• Maintain laundry room and storage area
• Pick up dirty laundry and return clean, folded laundry to residents within 24-48 hours
• Perform related janitorial duties as assigned
• Monitor inventory of laundry supplies
• Other tasks as requested by supervisor

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment
