Landscape Production Manager (Baton Rouge, La)

Reports To: Senior Production Manager

Summary/Objective: The Production Manager reports directly to the Senior Production Manager but works with his Account Managers to serve our clients and team. This is a working field position where 70% of your time is spent working with crews to help equip them to be more effective crew leaders. This is a management position and therefore requires a certain amount of daily preparation and leadership. As leaders in the company, you are also responsible for modeling and enforcing all policies and procedures including uniform dress codes and safety policies.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, stoop or kneel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job are dictated by the Louisiana Driver’s License requirements.
