Landscape Laborer Jobs

We are currently seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of hardscapes and softscapes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, be physically fit, and have a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

$18 - $23 hourly

• Assist in the completion of projects within deadlines and budgets
• Load and unload materials and equipment for each job
• Assist with the installation of hardscapes and softscapes, including planting, mulching, and installing patios, retaining walls, and walkways
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools, including mowers, trimmers, and hand tools

• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe work environment
• 1+ years of experience in landscaping or construction, with a focus on hardscaping and softscaping
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of landscape installation practices and techniques
• Knowledge of retaining walls, pavers, turf, irrigations, drainage, grading, fencing, sod, and plants
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
• Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
