Position: Project Manager - Land Development

Location: Twin Falls, Idaho

Job Type: Full-time

Our Land Development Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. We work with long-term core clients who are involved in diverse and captivating projects, ranging from public agency site development to large-scale, high-end mixed-use and commercial projects throughout the state.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate civil development service efforts in collaboration with Engineering, Planning, and Survey leads.

Engage in business development activities and manage projects within the Development Group.

Demonstrate proficiency in design work and lead design teams when required.

Prepare and oversee technical activities, as well as conduct peer reviews for quality control purposes.

Interact with government agencies and partner with planning and surveying teams to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Develop contracts, manage project schedules and budgets for multiple parts or entire projects.

Foster effective communication with clients, sub-consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Coordinate construction activities and provide field support as required for development projects.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Must hold an Idaho Professional Engineer license or have the ability to obtain comity in Idaho within two months of starting work.

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

A minimum of 10 years of project management and design experience in land development projects. Ideal candidates will have 15-20 years of experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Strong background in design, project management, client management, and business development.
