Foundation for Success (Basic Qualifications):
This experience is the foundation a candidate needs to be successful in this position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 + years of experience in the installation of hardware and software on workstations and laptops.
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting hardware/software interface and interoperability problems relating to system patches, updates and enhancements on workstations and laptops.
Factors to Help You Shine (Required Skills):
These skills will help you succeed in this position:
- Experience in the installation of hardware and software on workstations and laptops.
- Experience lifting, moving, and setting up workstations.
- Experience with maintaining meeting room equipment, such as projectors, televisions, and teleconference equipment.
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations and laptops.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware/software interface and interoperability problems relating to system patches, updates and enhancements on workstations and laptops.
- Experience with using a problem incident ticketing system.
- Experience with imaging, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting government workstations, laptops, and iPhones.
- Ability to administer and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and various software packages, including Microsoft tools and Adobe.
- Experience or ability to learn using tools such as Active Directory (AD).

- Utilize incident ticketing system to receive emails requesting assistance.

Education & Qualifications
- Master’s degree and 1+ years of experience in a training-related field or bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a training-related field

Pay Range:
Pay Range $39,650.00 - $61,000.00 - $82,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
