Position Details
Position Type: Laboratory Technician
Job Location: Fridley, MN
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Length of Assignment: 6+ months with a possibility of extension
Note: Manager is open to a recent college grad with a scientific degree
Requirements
Preparation and evaluation of coating formulations.
Document findings and communicate results using programs such as Word and Excel.
Inspects and performs routine maintenance on equipment.
Maintain appropriate inventory of chemicals and/or supplies necessary for the completion of experiments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration preferred
Able to manage multiple duties simultaneously, meeting established deadlines
PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. several times per shift
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
