As a you will be responsible for LAB TECHNICIAN QUALITY CONTROL INSPECT

  • May use moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
  • Run mill equipment
  • Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures. Handles special projects, as assigned.
  • Inspection and disposition of parts and equipment.
  • Routine maintenance on a 66 inch Raymond mill
  • Maintain weekly/monthly maintenance reports
  • Complete daily inspection forms
  • Perform daily inspections of mills and equipment
  • Maintains assigned equipment in accordance with operating specifications.
  • Work in shipping and receiving loading and unloading trucks and barges
  • Drive forklift and front loader as needed.

To be successful in this role you will:

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including a swing schedule
  • Overtime and flexible work schedule will be required depending on production
  • Proficient computer experience using Microsoft Office Products
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Versed in fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits and electro-mechanical devices.
  • Proficient in the use of oscilloscopes.
  • Technical diploma or Associates degree in Electrical or Mechanical field
  • 2+ years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function or minimum 2 years relevant industrial experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, electronic)
