Lab Supervisor | Laboratory | Full Time

SIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000
Under the direction of the Laboratory Director, the Lab Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of the Laboratory through supervision of the department personnel, accurate performance of approved procedures, troubleshooting, and instruction. The primary role of this position will be to supervise those performing phlebotomy and lab sample processing tasks. The Lab Supervisor will also assume responsibility for laboratory operations and activities in the absence of the Lab Director when designated.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years experience as a Medical Technologist registered by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP- preferred) or equivalent required.
