Regina Caeli Academy (www.rcahybrid.org), a university style homeschool hybrid program in the Classical and Catholic tradition, seeks part-time classroom assistants at its location in Carrollton, TX.
As a national organization, RCA offers an in person Socratic classroom setting on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:45am-3:00pm.

Applicants must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church and have a deep love for the Catholic faith. Lesson plans, Curriculum and grading guidelines are provided. Tutors focus on providing instruction and formation according to RCA standards. Assistants complete tasks assigned by the lead classroom teacher, assist students with classroom needs and provide appropriate supervision. Assistants also aide in specials including art, music, PE and drama. Assistants will occasionally be asked to help in a different classroom than their usual assignment.

This position is part-time only on Mondays and Thursdays between the times of 8:45am - 3:00pm. All staff positions are paid hourly for time at the center. We also offer free childcare for birth-2 years old for our staff members.

All staff must complete a background check and Safe Child training prior to teaching at Regina Caeli Academy and are required to attend a mandatory training day, August 5, 2023.
