Keeter Center – Kitchen Supervisor

The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks is currently hiring for the position of Kitchen Supervisor. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high volume kitchen with a solid background of supervisory skills. Key skill requirements are to lead a staff of 15 students and teach basic food preparation techniques and kitchen sanitation. Preferred qualifications include good communication skills, a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and relate well with the Academic, Vocational, Christian, Cultural, and Patriotic mission of the College. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging with and taking an active part in the professional development of student workers
• Ensuring a positive guest experience
• Functional, hands-on management of meal services
• Demonstrating and upholding the standards of The Keeter Center and the goals and mission of College of the Ozarks
