Required Skills

• Provide desktop/technical support using established ticketing system
• Coordinate and implement network software and hardware upgrades.
• Configuring, building, optimizing, fine-tuning, and monitoring operating system software and servers.
• Understand backup and recovery procedures, performing system backups and file recovery.
• Install operating system software, patching (WSUS) and upgrades on servers and end user devices.
• Create, administer, and maintain end user accounts, passwords, email, phone systems, etc.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, application and networking issues.
• Administer networking equipment, firewalls, switches, wireless, routers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN performance, connectivity, and related network issues.
• Deployment of end user software using automated technologies.
• Manage servers 2012 to current 0365/Exchange.
• Administer LAN/WAN security, antivirus, and spam control measures.

Required Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience in a professional setting.
• General Infrastructure components, SAN/NAS, server hardware, phone systems, knows way around the datacenter a plus.
• Experience with RDP, Goverlan, VMware/Hypervisors, Citrix a plus.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS a plus.
