Junior Recruiter

The HR Team at PCOnline is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible and supportive team player to continuously bring on talents to satisfy the developing needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain current recruiting channels while actively explore new opportunities to hire talents
• Follow up and keep track of recruitment progression on the internal platform
• Take a lead on full-cycle recruiting, including writing job descriptions, managing job advertisements, screening resumes, interviewing candidates and negotiating offers
• Provide current and future company recruitment recommendations periodically based on recruiting progress and the market trend
• Be open to enroll in ad-hoc projects and perform miscellaneous tasks

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate with a diverse group of employees.
• Experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates is desirable, but not required.
• All majors are encouraged to apply, Human Resources or related disciplines are preferred.
