Job Description
Project Manager (PMO (junior - mid level) : The Role / Responsibilities: The Change Project Manager works under the direction of the VP-People Change Enablement to assist in implementing and delivering People related change activity, with a principal focus on the People Evolution Change Management Program. The role will provide both Project Management and Change Management support to the VP- People Change Enablement and the post holder will collaborate closely with the Change Management workstream, People Evolution Program Management Office and stakeholders within the People organization. Project Management • Provides project management support for the People Evolution Change Management workstream activity, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and timelines • Develops work plans and/ or project plans and manages the delivery timelines • Leads project meetings and coordinates with Change team and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules • Helps identify and resolve issues in partnership with the Change Management workstream leads • Leads completion of status updates for weekly PMO calls Change Management • Supports the development of communications and training content in partnership with the Change Management team • Supports the delivery of communications to People Team stakeholders • Leads on execution of specific Change activities, as specified by the VP-People Change Enablement Other • Any other ad hoc duties as specified by the VP-People Change Enablement. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager/ Organizational Change Manager/ Change Analyst role • Strong project management /organizational skills, analytic skills, and attention to detail. • Understanding of Change Management methodology and practices • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in communications and/ or training content creation and • Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills • Details orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities • Ability to advise and influence colleagues and business partners • Strong positive attitude, with sense of self-motivation and accountability • Adaptable, flexible and open to change • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse range of individuals and teams
