Junior Non-Profit Controller - Onsite

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Junior Non-Profit Controller. Ideal candidates will have experience billing Medicaid, processing payroll, and providing strategic financial advice through budgeting and forecasting.

• Maintain and enforce internal controls
• Use state supported systems to properly bill for services
• Oversee all areas of finance including AP/AR, month/year end close, financial reporting, budgeting, tax preparation, audit, and payroll
• Analyze financial budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability of the company
• Actively participate in upper management strategic planning meetings
• Prepare financial statements

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree

Experience Required

• Prior experience working in a non-profit healthcare services company
• Experience using ADP payroll systems
• 2+ years experience working with Medicaid billing
• Great attitude and strong communications skills, both written and oral
