Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Media Planner to support the Senior Media Planner and Media Director across multiple clients. If you have a passion for food and restaurants, we would love to speak with you! Main Responsibilities:

  • Work on special media or agency projects as applicable
  • Add campaigns to Basis
  • Support the Senior Media Planner and Media Director in developing media plans including strategic and tactical elements
  • Check pacing reports from digital buying team
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships between all cross functional teams
  • Seeks out developmental opportunities and actively participates in agency and professional training initiatives and seminar training
  • Prepare and communicate buy specs for the digital buying team
  • Achieves/maintains visibility and credibility within the agency and client base and with media vendors
  • Manage ATBs, billing and department paperwork on authorized media buys
  • Use internal resources to find trade area insights including competitive and demographic data
  • Continually communicates with Senior Media Planner and Media Director about project status, problems, or related changes
  • Collaborate with digital media buying and analytics teams on monitoring media performance and reporting results to the clients
  • Actively participate in weekly client status meetings

  • Familiarity with the Google suite of tools (gmail, sheets, word, slides, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Eager to learn about local media planning across all platforms (CTV, Meta, Google, TikTok, Outdoor, Native, etc.)
  • Eagerness to improve and advance agency processes
  • 1-2 years of previous agency experience
  • Take ownership and accountability of your work
  • Experience with Basis, Meta, Google, Placer.ai and other industry tools a plus
  • Keen eye for detail and zeal for organization
  • Embrace the remote working lifestyle and build relationships cross functionally
