Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior marketing professionals to execute marketing strategies, assist in the creation of compelling content, and contribute to various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
• Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Assist in the creation and optimization of content for various channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities for growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of marketing software/tools.
• Strong passion for marketing with a basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
