WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Occasionally running data cables, such as Cat6.
  • Set up computers for new hires and other employees and help them with basic tasks such as setting up printers, and software
  • Responsible for basic computer setup and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
  • Some basic knowledge of networking, including Wi-Fi, is plus.
  • Help users with Android and iPhone setup and troubleshooting.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Ability to learn new software, and Hardware
  • Basic Windows administration
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions and Environment:

  • Professional office etiquette is required at all times
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards • Authorization to work in the U.S
  • Overtime, if required by work
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Physical requirement: Sitting, stooping, bending, visual acuity, finger dexterity, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
