Junior Intrusion Analyst Jobs

JCS Solutions is seeking Intrusion Analysts with a current TS with SCI eligibility or above to support the Army Cyber Command mission. A successful candidate will possess a BA/BS and have 2-3 years of experience. These candidates will be assisting senior analysts and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of a more senior analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the origins, pathways, and methodologies of malicious cyber activities.
• Report I&W of malicious cyber activities.
• Provide recommendations for appropriate response and actions to the activity to identify vulnerabilities, correct faults, and defeat or defend against threat activity.
• Analyze computer network intrusion events and malicious activity and provide crisis response and mitigation techniques in response to cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Analyze trends and statistics of cyber activity to provide proactive I&W of malicious cyber activity.
• Participate in exchanges with other agencies to maintain situational awareness and facilitate decision making and intelligence driven operations.
• Perform technical analysis of computer network intrusion events and malicious activity.
• Provide forensic analysis of captured packets, hard drive images, system logs, and sensor data used in all-source intelligence products.

Requirements:

• Current TS with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree
