Job Description
Some of the problems we solve daily include how to make workflows better on our workshop floor, how to make installation smart and friendly for the trades that install our product, and how to continually elevate our products to create heirloom quality lighting for the home.
Continuous process improvement is the goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with purchasing team identifying and vetting new material vendors
  • Awareness of building and UL codes and regulations, able to find answers
  • Self-initiated research regularly for the latest trends in technology; bulbs, led, dimmers, manufacturing processes, wood, and metal finishes, etc.
  • Understands expansion or discontinuation of skus and implements those changes in status
  • Maintain and develop specification sheets, and website data
  • Recommends solutions for utilizing resources to their maximum potential
  • Assist in new & existing product development
  • Assist in internal software / app development
  • Reads sales data to identify demand forecasts
  • Develop effective customer education tools for customer support teams
  • Creates a shot list for all products lifecycle from design through to fabrication and completion coordinates with media / photography team for photography and video of products on schedule
  • Support continual improvement and updates to our catalogue
  • Drives teams to meet product rollout deadlines

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Degree in Marketing, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field of study.
Experience with a variety of software; Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, Autodesk Fusion or CAD via Solid Works or Professional Engineer is a plus
