Job Description

Position: Junior Frontend Developer

Location: Remote (U.S. based applicants only)

Experience Level: Entry Level (0-2 years)

Position Overview:

Our client is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Junior Frontend Developer with a strong foundation in modern JavaScript, especially ES6+. If you're eager to learn, grow, and make an impact, this is the role for you!



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work alongside a dedicated team of developers and designers to craft and execute compelling web applications.
  2. Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript code embracing ES6+ features.
  3. Participate actively in code reviews ensuring top-notch code quality.
  4. Assure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  5. Enhance applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  6. Remain informed on the newest frontend technologies, ensuring projects are always at the forefront.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Acquaintance with version control systems, notably Git.
  • Grasp of essential frontend paradigms such as responsive design, asynchronous request management, and partial page updates.
  • Stellar communication skills and team collaboration capabilities.
  • Robust understanding of JavaScript, especially ES6+ features.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in frontend web development.



Nice-to-Haves (but not required):

  • Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Babel.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks, e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
