Advisian is the independent consulting business line of the Worley Group with more than 2,000 people in 19 countries. We provide solutions for clients across a range of industries, including renewable energy, ports and marine terminals, mining, and onshore and offshore oil and gas. As part of one of the world’s largest engineering firms, we continue to push boundaries and extend our capabilities globally.

Advisian is a leading provider of Environment and Society (E&S) services in the US. The US E&S Service Line is a vibrant and growing team covering: Environmental Science (including marine, atmospherics, terrestrial, and aquatics); Society & Engagement; Planning, Permits & Approvals; and Sustainability & Compliance. You will be in at the beginning of project opportunities and help grow them into long term projects and client relationships based on top-class understanding of the regulatory environment, the issues important to US West and our network of new and existing clients. Our focus in US West is on energy transition (renewables and biofuels including offshore wind) and water, but we support the broader Advisian client base as well.

  • Use and develop databases and schedules to track permit timelines and actions and to manage permit conditions and mitigation measures for compliance tracking and reporting
  • Quality assurance – responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Environment & Society Practice
  • Advising internal senior consultants and principals on environmental and permitting issues
  • Preparation and/or review of technical correspondence, project proposals, technical reports, work plans, and project specifications including cost estimates and budgets
  • Assist in identifying permit reqirements and the roadmap for permitting and in preparing permit studies and applications, under local, state and federal requirements
