Entry Level -Junior Junior Program Management Analyst SimVentions, consistently voted one of Virginia's Best Places to Work, is looking for Junior to Program Management Analyst to join our team! The Program Analyst will work on the development and evolution of a strategic planning tool that will enhance the Navy’s delivery of capability needs to surface combatants. This position will require local travel in the DC Metro Area including Fredericksburg VA, Dahlgren, VA, and the Washington DC Navy Yard. Establish and maintain a highly detailed database, helping government client manage priorities, costs, technical reports and schedules Perform database entry and maintain configuration management of the data Prepare and present training materials to in-person and/or virtual audiences Proficient with assisting customers in planning, execution, and management of project requirements Proficient with typical Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Active Secret (or above) Clearance The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience directly supporting program management and engineering activities for the US Navy Experience and understanding of IWS-9 Software Integration and Test (SI&T) and Readiness OR IWS 80 Ship Self Defense System Knowledge of and experience with Agile practices and principles A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but not required A Secret Clearance is required for this position. Travel : Local within DC Metro
