ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
(Education/Training/knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Physical Requirements)
- Must be able to read, write, understand and communicates in English
- High school graduate or GED
- Must be able to stand up for four (4) hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must have some experience working as a cashier using US or Canadian currency
- Must be able to accurately perform simple mathematical calculations

**Continued employment in this position is contingent upon successfully:
- Passing brand training during probation period
- Reliable attendance at all scheduled shifts
- Passing Food Safety test during probation period
Regular attendance is an essential qualification for this position
Teamster priority period runs frim 12/1/22 - 12/8/22
Pay for this position will be $20 per hour, likely starting in December. (Your starting rate will be lower, but you will receive back pay for the difference in your salary once your pay rate increases to $20.)
Job Duties:
The following examples do not include all possible tasks and responsibilities, nor limits the assignment of additional related tasks including tasks typically performed by a lower classification.
- Assembles and serves products as assigned
- Completes food production records
- Works as a barista, making coffee and specialty coffee drinks
- Maintains product presentation throughout the day
- Maintains service areas and stocks products when assigned
- Operates blenders, coffee brewers, Turbo Chef oven and other
- Maintains cleanliness of service and dining area including emptying trash, recycling and composting
- Operates POS system and complies with all cash handling policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Completes daily, weekly and monthly cleaning as assigned
- Puts away food and supplies
- Assists in training and assigning tasks to student employees and new Junior Cashiers
Work Days & Hours:
Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
