Job Description

Junior Agency

Part-Time: 20hrs per week

Rate: Commensurate with experience


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage project tracking per artist
  • Update contacts with newly published projects
  • Answer general @ emails
  • Consolidate agency contact list, coordinate reach out emails per artist
  • Update artists weekly regarding holds and job payment status
  • Monitor emails for job updates, changes, and general info to add to artist’s weekly updates
  • Add, update and share holds via Google Calendar
  • Manage job expense reports and reconcile credit card statements and receipts in Dropbox
  • Archive final images and track the publication of projects
  • Manage intra-agency production duties when applicable
